CONOPS Development
CSMI CONOPS development is the primary element linking OEM technology capabilities to customer’s objectives. CSMI’s combined background in security and operations coupled with in-depth technology experience provides our customers with the capability to properly plan the deployment and implementation of security technologies.
Proper planning for the integration of systems with existing operations or current Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s) ensures that technology based security systems perform to their fullest capability and that the end use customer receives maximum benefit. Technology based security systems may be used at multiple points in an overall facility security plan. Each system configuration and employment objective comes with unique challenges for installation, training and operation. Factors considered during CONOPS development include:
- Technology capabilities and limitations
- Personnel manning requirements
- Integration with Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s)
- Technical support requirements and operator level maintenance
- Power requirements or available fuels
- Training requirements
