Program Management
CSMI provides field program management and oversight that is critical to the deployment and sustainment of technology based security systems. CSMI Program Managers (PM) are seasoned US Military operations planners who manage projects through all phases of execution and assist end-users in developing CONOPS to ensure that the technology deployment and sustainment is a completely coordinated effort. CSMI PM’s provide direct interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), acquisition entities, and end-use customers, to ensure all program actions are fully coordinated and aligned with end-user requirements.
CSMI’s extensive experience in Southwest Asia and Latin America leading field support operations ensures the highest quality hands-on management. Many of our program managers are bi-lingual and all receive certification training on the technology that CSMI is responsible to manage and sustain. Based on an extensive US Military background as well as technology experience, CSMI PM’s quickly become an integral component to the US Government end-use customer organization and ensure that technology based systems are properly integrated with current operations in accordance with the Commander’s intent. Because of the dynamic nature of field operations, CSMI’s management team is always prepared to support our customers based on their changing needs. CSMI PM’s perform the following functions:
