Randall Kaminsky
Vice President - Co-founder
Prior to co-founding CSMI Randall was the cargo systems Program Manager for L3 Communications Security and Detection Systems and PerkinElmer Detection Systems. He was primarily responsible for technology deployment, field sustainment, training development, and Latin America & Asia surveys and assessments. Previously, Randall was the Country Manager for Mexico Operations on behalf of American Science and Engineering, Inc. Directly supporting the Mexican Attorney General’s office, Randall managed a US/Mexican joint venture to deploy, train and sustain counterdrug X-ray detection technologies throughout the Mexican Republic.
Randall is a 20 year veteran of the US Army retiring in 1998. His latter military assignments included roles as a foreign military advisor with the 1st Special Forces Group and the 7th Special Forces Group serving throughout Southeast Asia and Latin America. His past military assignments also include the US Army Special Operations Command and the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School where he was a Combat Developer for technology based Special Access Programs. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York and a Master’s degree in Security Management from Webster University. Randall is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and has an extensive background in security technology implementation, sustainment and concept of operations development for technology oriented security programs.
