Prior to joining CSMI, David served as an Armor Officer in the 1^st Cavalry Division, United States Army.  David’s assignments included roles as a Tank Platoon Leader and Brigade Staff Officer.  As a Tank Platoon Leader David planned and executed numerous combat operations during the “Surge” of 2007.    His unit played a key role in dramatically reducing sectarian violence in one of Baghdad’s most disputed neighborhoods.  As a Brigade Staff Officer David served as an Iraqi Security Forces Liaison and was responsible for over thirty military training teams working with two Iraqi Army Divisions and the Iraqi Police throughout the Ninewa Province.

David has held previous positions as a Financial Consultant for Trustar Retirement Services in Boston MA.  David also worked as a defined contributions associate for Boston Financial Data Services in Quincy MA.  David holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts and is currently pursuing an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
