Christopher LeBlanc

Director of Operations

Prior to joining CSMI, Chris held the position of Program Manager with Curtiss-Wright Electronics Systems (formerly Lau Defense Systems) in Littleton, MA managing their US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) program. In this position he was responsible for procurement of materials, engineering support, product manufacturing/QA and contract management. Chris was also tasked with providing business development support within both the public and private sectors. These efforts resulted in more than $3M in new annual business with the Department of Defense. Chris was the company focal point for the development of corporate bid packages and solicitation responses.

Chris held previous positions as production planner, integration manager and program manager with Digital Equipment/Compaq Computer Corporation of Maynard, MA/Houston, TX, responsible for managing Multi-Vendor Customer Services and PC Business Unit divisions. He supervised management of the large scale integration of information technology programs for US Government organizations such as the US Navy SPAWAR, Central Intelligence Agency, and the US Postal Service as well as commercial customers which included Fidelity Investments. Chris was a key member of the management team which implemented the Future Electronic Workplace pilot office program, as well as the global staging and integration facilities supporting it.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire-Durham, NH and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education from the same institution.
He has attended various developmental programs, including successful completion of the Boston University Corporate Education Center’s Program Management Professional course.
