CSMI performs studies and assessments necessary to plan the deployment of security screening and detection systems. In many cases, these studies assist our customers in identifying the most

appropriate technology based on our customer’s objectives and present or future conditions. CSMI performes assessments at seaports, land borders and facilities in more than 20 countries providing our customers with the detailed information necessary to make informed decisions regarding equipment selection, concept of operations development, and operational issues affecting the implementation of a security screening or detection program. CSMI personnel are deployed and in the field 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with our end use customers providing them with the highest quality of technical service and support for deployed security systems. With CSMI personnel on the ground and forward deployed in more than 7 countries, we provide rapid response to technical support issues to ensure that the end use customer receives the maximum benefit of the security systems deployed to protect them and their equipment. Our personnel come from the uniformed services and have substantial experience performing under extreme conditions for long periods. Our strength is planning and executing the implementation of technology, service and support, and new equipment training (NET) for end use customers.
