Technical Training and New Equipment Training (NET)

CSMI provides multiple OEM endorsed comprehensive Mobile Training Team (MTT) DoD contractors and static facility training programs for DoD personnel as well as Host Nation personnel receiving new equipment to support security or screening operations. Our OEM certified field service representatives serve as technical trainers and provide our customers with the capability to provide NET and on-site follow-on training to end-use personnel.

All CSMI FSR’s are factory certified to conduct system operator training. By providing the ability for on-site training, CSMI eliminates certain deficits that can occur when conducting operator training in a classroom only environment. Effective use of equipment by operators will ensure that deployed systems perform to their maximum capability.

CSMI personnel have provided technical training to more than 2,000 OCONUS US DoD personnel in the operation of security detection systems. Additionally, CSMI has provided technical and NET training for more than 600 host nation and third country nationals to include Iraqis, Ugandans, British, Polish, Pakistanis, Afghans, South Africans, and Hondurans.

Many technology based security systems are designed to operate at the tactical level. CSMI provides tactical trainers who deploy to forward locations with new technologies to support the warfighter with NET training and assist individual units to develop SOP’s for system employment. Our tactical trainers have substantial experience integrating technology with Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s). Our training background and experience directly translates to a shortened integration period allowing rapid emplacement and maximum benefit from tactical security technologies.
