CSMI Field Technical Support

CSMI is a veteran-owned small business with broad experience providing comprehensive turn-key technical support for field application of Force Protection, Counter-IED, communications and technology based security systems. CSMI sustainment teams currently support DoD and other US Government end users for implementation, CONOPS development, new equipment training, field service, logistical support, program management, and sustainment of technology based systems in austere and difficult to support environments. We provide the dynamic link between end user field requirements and manufacturers of technology products in challenging global environments.

CSMI has in-depth experience with a variety of technology platforms from major system manufacturers. CSMI’s DSS Facility Clearance gives us the capability to provide cleared technical support personnel when required to support classified programs.

Originally established as a sustainment resource in support of the US Customs Container Security Initiative (CSI), CSMI has provided contract technical support for technologies used by the US Government for a variety of applications including Force Protection and Security Screening programs. The founding partners of the company are a combination of technology industry senior management, technical staff, and retired career US Military field operations personnel.

CSMI currently performs field maintenance and technical support for multiple OEM’s managing a wide variety of equipment and technology systems being used in Iraq, Afghanistan, Horn of Africa and other global locations for DoD and other US Government end users. Our field support teams are forward deployed to numerous Forward Operating Bases and are often embedded with US Military Units. These programs are supported by several strategically located supply hubs in-theater in order to respond rapidly to technical issues.
